Quinoa Vegetable Salad
Who wants a light and delicious salad that is healthy and keeps you full? We do! Therefore we have prepared a Quinoa Vegetable Salad, here is the recipe for you to cook:
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 larger carrots
1 small zucchini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Cut the carrot and zucchini into thin strips with the peeler and add to the bowl along with the quinoa seeds. Mix everything and then pour the dressing made of olive oil, lemon and spices over it.
A fresh and crunchy salad that you will fall in love with at first bite is ready!
