Our vegetable V1 ClassicLine with the original Borner stainless steel blades that make our slicers so reliable, precise and efficient. This basic set contains everything you need for fast and easy cutting of fruit and vegetables into different thicknesses. The food safety holder protects your fingers from the sharp Borner blades. The inner bars hold the cut material when slicing and grating. Process your fruit and vegetables with leaving minimal waste.

The safety insert serves as an ideal blade protection before and after each use. Before slicing fruits and vegetables, simply lift and remove the safety insert. Create extra thin or thicker slices depending on which side of the slice insert is used. For medium sized slices, simply use the backside of the safety insert – this gives you a total of three cutting options. Potatoes for casserole dishes, tomatoes salads, paprika-rings for your pizza or cabbage for soups and so much more – endless possibilities and prepared in no time.

After use simply clean under running water.

The set is available in orange, red and white.

Contains no BPA and softening agents.

Not compatible with the Borner Multiplate. We recommend the V5 PowerLine slicer and graters in the PowerLine series which fit ideal onto the mounting plate of the Multimaker.

The set comes with the Borner V1 ClassicLine, safety insert, slicer insert and food safety holder. Additional inserts and insert box can be purchased separately.
